Mr Jagdish Ashtekar the founder & Managing Director – started his professional journey working in the 2nd largest company of India – Cadila Laboratories in the year 1992. In his corporate world journey – he worked in 2 companies Cadila & Helios Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 2001 – involved in different departments like Field marketing, Product management, training, HR ,co ordination with manufacturing unit, etc.
In 2003 he launched YASHTRAA healthcare with a vision to provide a unique range of products that are safe, effective and affordable to the community at large.
He has a penchant for launching the latest products into the market using the newest and best technology. This whole idea majorly focuses on developing patient – friendly dosage forms at pocket – friendly prices.

Besides this Mr. Jagdish Ashtekar runs a mentorship program, “THINK 360 Degree” which specializes in Marketing & Motivational Training.
This venture serves as a helping hand for pharmaceutical startups, and small and medium – sized companies right from selection, procurement, and manufacturing of products to strategizing it into the market. He also trains all levels of field staff and owners on how to run & make the organization a profitable one.
Apart from business – he is involved in various charitable & service activities of Rotary. He has attained different position in his club as well as in district. He is a charter member & most successful president of RMB (Rotary Means Business).
He is a fitness freak & is passionate motorcycle rider & is a nature lover. Loves to go for long drives, tracking, meeting & making new friends, travelling all over the globe.
Currently he is a core team member of international biking group – IFMR (International Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians) Ahmedabad chapter.’
He is a family man too – always values the importance of family bonding & supports his family & friends in case of need.

Atharva Ashtekar is the 2nd generation – young dynamic Director armed with a degree in Management from a prestigious University who believes in taking the company to newer and higher levels with its presence in PAN India. He is a diligent and hardworking individual who is learning every day and thrives on challenges.
He has played a pivotal role in launching new ventures & divisions like KPP, Ainakwala & HRHK.
He is a passionate about travelling, reading books, photography likes to play cricket & chess .In 2022 he has co-sponsored RPL2.0 ( a box cricket league)
He believes in maintaining a strong bond amongst his friends & family members.
Apart from business – he is involved in service activities of an International NGO – Lions club of Karnavati (Ahmedabad) .
He is the youngest member of LBN ( Lions Business Network) & takes part in different mentorship programmes of LBN. He too spencer’s in various projects undertaken by LBN.
